Each month we will be giving away a prize to the messiest photo submission. In April, we will be giving away a $25 Target Gift Card. Submissions will be accepted until April 18, 2009. The following week will be voting week. This will include only the top submissions. You can let your friends and family know they can vote for you. Only one vote will be accepted from each ISP. The winner will be announced on April 23rd.
